# Navigating to the App Portal

1. Open your browser and go to Myapplications.microsoft.com

2. If you are asked to sign in, sign in.

3. This is your app portal.

All of your frequently apps are here in one place.

# How to create a custom list of apps.

4. At the top right of the page, click Create collection to create a customized collection of apps.

5. Type the name of your list in the Name field.

6. Click Add apps to select the apps you want in your customized list.

7. Select all of the apps you want to add by checking the boxes next to the app names.

8. Once you've selected all of the apps you want in your customized group, click Add.

9. Verify that all of the apps you want are in the collection and click Create.

10. Here you can see the new list has populated next to the apps tab.

11. Click the list you created.

12. Once you click your list you created, you will be routed to that portion of the page.

# Signing into LOLA from the App Portal

The LOLA app has a way to add your credentials so that you're already signed in when you click it.

13. Go to the LOLA app and click the three buttons in the top right.

14. Click Manage your application

15. Click to add or edit your credentials.

16. Enter your lola username and password

17. Click update ** Please remember to change this information when you change your password, or you will get an error.

18. Click here to return to your list of apps.

# How to Remove Apps

19. Click the 3 buttons in the top right of the app you wish to remove.

20. Click Remove.
