# Open your Edge browser.

The Edge browser is connected to Microsoft and will make this process easier for you.

1. Press Enter

2. In your Edge address bar, go to www.office.com. You will be brought to the page displayed.

3. At the bottom left, click the circle with your initials or picture in it.

4. Click View Account

5. Close out of this pop-up by clicking the X shown.

6. Click Change Password

7. Enter your new password in both blanks. Click Submit when you're done.

** make sure your password is at least 10 characters total. At least 1 Capital, 1 symbol, 1 lowercase, and 1 number. Try to avoid using complete words, as they can be compromised easier. For instance, if you want to use the word password, try using P@$$w0rd!!? Instead.
