Honorlock will be opened in Google Chrome as an extension. If there are any issues with loading your exam, please refer to the steps below.
1. Clear your browser's cache/cookies.
2. Click the 3 dots in the top right of Google Chrome.

3. Scroll down and click on settings.

4. Click on Privacy and Security on the left-hand side of the page.

5. Select Delete browsing data.

6. Select All time.

7. Click Delete data.

If step 1 doesn't work, please move on to step 2.
Step 2: Disable all other Chrome Extensions and close all other tabs/browsers.
8. Select the puzzle piece next to the address bar.

9. Click the 3 dots next to your extension.

10. Click Manage extension.

11. Click the button to the off position and repeat for all other extensions except Honorlock.

12. Go on to step 3 if your exam still isnt loading.
13. Click the 3 dots in the top right and go down to the current user profile.

14. Click Open Guest Profile and proceed to your test.
