1. To answer a call on your Teams phone, you have 4 options: 1. Pick up the receiver. 2. Click the speakerphone to answer on speaker. 3. If currently on a call, push a button to place person on hold and answer new call. 4. Push the headset button.
2. 1. Pick up the receiver.
Your first option, like any other phone, is to pick the receiver up.
3. 2. Click the speakerphone to answer on speaker.
If you wish to answer on speaker, do not pick the receiver up. Just push the speaker button that is shown in the picture below.

4. 3. If currently on a call, push a button to place person on hold and answer new call.
If you are on a call and you get another incoming call, to put your current call on hold and answer the other call simultaneously, push this button.

5. 4. Push the headset button.
If you are wearing a headset and want to answer from there, just push the headset button you see pictured below.

7. To place a call on hold, while you're on a call, just push the button shown below.

8. Putting a call on speakerphone
9. To put a call on speakerphone, click the button shown below and hang up the receiver. (You can also answer it on speaker as shown before). To take someone off of speaker, pick up the receiver and push the speaker button after.

10. Muting yourself on a call.
11. To mute yourself on a call, push the button shown below. To take yourself off of mute, press the same button.
